- DDDariaNov 2, 20251.0Because of employees like this, the rating is low. Very rude employee at Cinnabon inside Flying. It happened in the morning on November 2, 2025. My husband asked to add caramel and nuts, and the woman at the Cinnabon register said something like “go ring it up at the counter, I don’t have time,” and completely ignored him. I was very surprised — this has never happened at Cinnabon before. Usually, even Pilot employees help with such things. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. If she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t work with customers. Very unpleasant experience.
