After waiting a long time, I went to ask, and the manager on duty, Kasandra, treated me in a very unprofessional and judgmental way. She assumed I had just seen someone leave a shower and was demanding it immediately, which was not true. The shower had been empty for a long time. Very poor customer service and bad attitude from management. This is unacceptable, especially for professional drivers who depend on these

- JBJames BeauchampDec 23, 20251.0The store itself is fine it's a pilot the breakfast burrito was horrible at this location they were missing half the ingredients so I spent $6.39 for a tortilla with sausage aggs and tater tots 1/11/26 for the past week the truck diesel pumps have been pumping extremely slowly. And the prices on breakfast items just increased again sausage agg & cheese biscuit was $4.89 are now $5.29 quality of food keeps dropping but prices keep going up. If I wasn't forced to buy fuel only from pilot flying j I wouldn't be back!
