Our car would not be ready for days so renting a car was the only way to make all our reservations. Stephanie and Kyla literally saved our vacation! We had no reservation for a rental but instead of telling us what was not possible they went above and beyond to make it possible for us. Both were kind, compassionate to our dilemma and professional. The car was great, we made all our reservations and vacation spots and Stephanie and Kyla were just as kind and professional when we returned the car. While we will probably never be in Hobbs again, we will definitely use Enterprise if we ever have a need for car rental. If you are in or near Hobbs NM please consider car rental from this Enterprise location and ask for Stephanie and Kyla. You will be well taken care of!

I was in a rear end auto wreck and my back was sore. The first car they gave me was very hard on the seat so I came in the next day and they let me sit in two different ones to see one that was more comfortable for me. It’s a very busy location, but they took time out to be kind and we’re concerned about my comfort . I will use them again and heard they are under New management recently, so give them a try!
