    I made reservations 30 minutes before my designated time for rental pickup , I get there and they r waiting for returns I was told to come back after lunch. The time was 10:00 am. Then she proceeded to ask if I knew that the rental had to be paid with a major credit card.

    I am changing my review and want to thank the General Manger of the Hobbs Enterprise Carlos and his assistance. For helping me through this very unfortunate situation. I rented a car Saturday night at 7pm, I drove to my location and stopped and ate, when I got into the car it would not start. I called enterprise road side assistance and they sent a tow truck to jump start the car. An hour later they showed up and tried and said the ignition is out which is why it has been saying maintenance needed and left instructing me to call them agan. I called roadside assistance again they were sending a tow truck but said they could not get me a car until Sunday evening after 7:30pm and I leave Monday at 6am. Enterprise couldn’t help me even get a ride to my air bnb, some guy in the parking lot took me to my air bnb and robbed me and assaulted me. I have been on the phone with enterprise all night and all morning. I emailed Carlos separately and he jumped into action. He and his wife delivered a car to my air bnb to make sure I can get home. He said he will be able to refund some and will do what he can to help me. Thank you Carlos!

    The manager C was very rude. I didn't appreciate getting yelled at because my insurance stopped paying after 2 weeks.I have a 30 day rental policy but it was not my fault. I got it straightened out but he was even threatening to tow the rental. It was very stressful for me. I hope to never have to deal with him again. The girls were calling me as well and when my insurance payed, They didn't tell me until I drove 8 miles to turn the car in. What a waste of my time because they said oh your insurance paid, you have 2 more days. 🙄 😒 It was a frustrating ordeal.

    Kyla started my interaction with Enterprise on the right foot. She promptly reached out to me in regards to the rental car to be provided by my insurance. She made the process so easy and kept in touch throughout the month-long rental. She also promptly notified me of when coverage by my insurance would end and provided options to continue if desired. Fortunately, I didn’t need to keep the rental because my car was finally ready, but Kyla even stayed late to allow me to return the car at a convenient time for me. Would totally recommend this company and its efficient employees.
