  Some sales associates are more equal than others. My associate was knowledgeable and patient. We found the right part after my daughter was sold the wrong part by a..., ahem, female associate. My daughter didn't know better about the difference between an upper ball joint and a lower ball joint and her associate didn't ask, I did. My associate found the right part. Knowledge is power, associate knowledge is golden. Blessings.

  Needed a part for my old Ford. Store did not have the part in stock. With attention to detail, they got the part the same day for no extra charge. Took the vehicle to the shop and found the repair was simpler and the part was not needed. They brought the correct part to the repair shop within 30 minutes and I was on my way. When I took the part back my money was refunded no questions asked. Fast, friendly and courteous.
