Then I was told couldn't get my alignment done due to my front frame slightly crooked and I had to go to a shop for that, recommended me to Farmington or Albuquerque. Went to another shop and got my alignment done with no issues at all was told nothing wrong with my frame. Point S was going to charge me $156.00 for alignment and I got it done at another shop for $59.99 less then what I was going to be charged for at Point S. Disappointed in the service I got.

Request to do alignment and didnt adjust good, kept pulling to the right. Had to come back and still didn't get it done. [Said they did it but no alignment sheet] Not only that they told me to come in at 8am when they open and I'd be first. 4.5 HOURS LATER truck finally gets pulled in. Only to wait ANOTHER 1.5 hours for them to say they cant do it and try to charge me again for something they got paid to do the first time and shouldve gotten it right. What a joke.
