  Save money and go across the street. Dirty, ceilings look like they're falling in. People inside aren't good at customer service at all. Learn how to convey information politely. If Goodyear did a secret shop there, they'd pull the franchise.

  The route pricing was very good and the people behind the counter were friendly and courteous. Would recommend highly! They also changed my oil.

  Delfred and Bernadette were awesome! They stayed after hours to make sure my truck was taken care of. Professional and fast. Highly recommend coming to this location and spending money. Please give them a raise @ Goodyear.

  I was traveling from Navada to Texas. I was lucky I lost my front wheel bearing. Called around and talked with Sam. He explained they could look at it but warned me they were short-handed due to Vacations. I called AAA at 11:49am. Towed over to good year. I walked across the street for lunch. Came back. They looked at vehicle at 2pm. All fixed and on the road again at 4:05 pm. Highly recommend this shop as you are traveling the hwy 40 corridor!.

  Wanted to thank Bernadette for helping me out by getting me a tire. I had a blowout on I40 about 5 miles before Gallup. I called Goodyear store to order a tire about ten minutes before closing time. Bernadette stayed on the phone with me until we found the tire I needed to replace the blown one. Not only that, she stayed at the store until Love’s roadside assistance came to pick up the tire. That’s what I call customer service at its best! Bernadette you’re an Angel in disguise. Thank you so much for helping out!
