- DPDeltaco PaddockMar 10, 20261.0Places to get vehicles serviced in Gallup, NM aren't worth the time and money. Been to couple shops and this place was recommended. Request to do alignment and didnt adjust good, kept pulling to the right. Had to come back and still didn't get it done. [Said they did it but no alignment sheet] Not only that they told me to come in at 8am when they open and I'd be first. 4.5 HOURS LATER truck finally gets pulled in. Only to wait ANOTHER 1.5 hours for them to say they cant do it and try to charge me again for something they got paid to do the first time and shouldve gotten it right. What a joke.

When paying, the final cost was 30.00 more than estimate. I asked for explanation, turns out they nickel and dimed me. They included warranty and tire disposal fees. That was not the final cost, they also charged me credit card fee of 8.00!! My other tire store gives me 1 quote and they stick to it, no extras unless I want it. Beware of this store, they don't explain their estimate and add on additional charges after you approve work.
