  Won on their mailer. Called the number and entered confirmation code. Told prize was reserved for me and to go to event headquarters to claim prize. Went to Champion Ford to collect and 3 different people all tried to give different explanations of why I did not win (clearly they don't even know about the information the put out in the mail). Very shady behavior and false advertising and bait and switch tactics.

  Thx for the vehicle sale, my first oil change, I will be on a cruise vacation soon & the ford dealership will be on my list of options to get the vehicle inspected.

  I live out of town and was in need of a vehicle. Came into the dealership and Lionel Dabbs helped me my new Escape!! I love it!! Highly recommended to see MR. DABBS😁🤯

  Terrible customer service from a manager named Lou. He was very rude and tried pressuring his salespeople to have customers sign contracts they didn't agree to. Adding extra service warranties and service contracts that aren't needed is terrible. On the bright side the sales department did an outstanding job, a better Finance Manager would be excellent. I'm sure not everyone has the same experience.
