- JTJoanna Torres4 days ago3.0Booked in December of 2025 for a reservation in April 2026. Got a call at 5:25 pm from the assistant manager Hilary the night before stating they overbooked and because I modified my reservation, they could not accommodate me until 2 pm the next day when I was to pick up the vehicle at 8 am originally. I NEVER modified my reservation. I simply confirmed it by clicking the link Enterprise sent me. When I told Hilary this would not work, she asked me to come right then to get a vehicle that came in. I had to drop everything I was doing and go. My reservation was for a standard SUV. I went home that night in an intermediate SUV. Hilary had my price $38 dollars more than what my original price would be for the standard SUV. By this time I was fed up. I signed and left. When I dropped off the vehicle, Rob was so super helpful. He listened and dropped the price $30 below my original reservation price. Moral of story, if you have to go through Enterprise, ask for Rob. Otherwise, avoid!

- EVess viiMar 19, 20261.0So far, today I was supposed to pick up a car. Was supposed to be ready by noon. They called 30 minutes until noon to tell me they don’t have anything available. I waited until almost 4pm and came still nothing. Other white people in front me all got offered water and were helped right away . Trying not to use the race card but it’s been a wack experience so far.
