I have been done dirty before from another Jiffy Lube, I figured this one would be different. Well it turned out good, but plastic pieces inside drivers lamp are broken and manager who did the "restoration" claims she did not break headlight as she "only worked on the outside". However, it was not broken when I brought it in. $150+ only for my headlights to get damaged. Jiffy Lube on 4350 E Main also melted my headlights on a different vehicle and have ignored me since. The manager was too worried about "blame" and not how to resolve the issue. I hate to give the techs a bad review because they are great but I am disappointed, the manager did nothing to resolve, she just didn't want to be blamed. Definitely, do not offer or push services you are unable to do correctly.
