Well besides trying to upscale a brake job for almost $700 the attendant brought back the keys to our handicap van and announced “who’s ghetto van”, to all customers in the lobby, not that I need to defend having that early 2000 model van in my car fleet, but anyone who’s priced full handicap sideload wheelchair/scooter vans for their loved ones knows they aren’t cheap. Beyond the dirty lobby and unprofessional atmosphere I thought it was overpriced at $129 for what it was. Compared to where I usually take our vehicles , Finch lube and car care charges about the same amount for a full service, they top off all my fluids and vacuum out the car. Never again will I go to jiffy lube in Farmington, I’ll just make sure I get to Finch before 2 pm next time.
- MLMatt LiebNov 9, 20253.0I went in for a thermostat replacement because it was leaking fluid over the engine, they pointed it out during my last oil change actually, so a couple days go buy and I go back and ask them to fix it, well not only did it take 2x as long as they told me, which is fine, my fault, but they didn't connect my hose back properly so I had an even bigger fluid leak than when I originally went in. Its been fixed, well I hope, a car buddy was fortunate enough to look at it for me while I was at work but I definitely wanted to let you guys know and let the technician in the bay to be extra careful moving forward. Thank you.
- KPKate ParkeNov 6, 20254.0I had a good experience here… I had gone somewhere else originally and they told me to get my oil changed it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait… which has kinda been consistent in the past at this place… and I just don’t have the time to wait that long with kids… so I ran over to jiffy lube and they got my oil changed, tires rotated, and windshield wipers changed in about 15-20 min tops. I will say, jiffy lube has become more expensive— which is annoying— but what hasn’t?… ha but the customer service was good and informative. They do offer soda and coffee… popcorn.. and such inside while you wait… the area probably needs to be cleaned more often and needs napkins but it’s a nice perk. Anyway, worth my money and time to go to jiffy lube.
