I came in needing a rental after my car ended up in the shop longer than expected. Rob immediately stepped in, calmly walked me through all of the options, and made sure I understood everything before signing. He even called the body shop directly to help coordinate timing and made sure I wouldn’t be stuck paying out of pocket for an extra day. What stood out most was how quick and professional he was but also how personable. He didn’t rush me, but somehow got everything handled in record time. The car he gave me was spotless and had a full tank, and he even took a minute to show me a couple of features I didn’t know about. When I dropped it off, he was just as efficient and friendly, checking me in right away so I could make it to work on time. It’s rare to find customer service that feels both competent and genuinely kind. Rob clearly takes pride in what he does, and it shows. I’ll definitely be returning to this location whenever I need a rental again and I’ll be recommending it to anyone in the area.
