Our vehicle had an issue midway through so we ended up needing to get a 3 hour tow to Farmington, NM. We made a reservation with Enterprise and were worried we wouldn’t make it in time to pick up our rental before they closed. We received multiple calls from the branch and corporate ensuring us that they would wait for us to arrive as it was close to their store closing time - this was so reassuring, because the last thing we wanted was to wait overnight to complete our journey home. When I arrived to Enterprise, the gentleman was quick, efficient and super nice which made the experience positive and up on a high note to get us on our way. Thanks to all involved however brief our interactions, the ease of customer service and attunement was greatly appreciated!
