I rent all of my cars from here and they have the BEST customer service. They listen to issues and do their best to fix them. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!!

I stopped renting from this branch many months ago. The last time being maybe 3 or 4 months ago when I waited all day for my car. At the end of the day, they told me sorry. I had made the reservation week earlier. i walked out and never went back until about 3 weeks ago when I found out they were under new management. What a difference!!! excellent fast service. This new crew is amazing, especially under constant pressure. Good job people. Now if I can just get you to Washington to show the president how to run a country, we would be fine.........
Since I posted this review, I have found the culprit that made this all work. Thank you Rob Taylor. If the "higher ups" don't notice what you are doing,, they should before someone steals you and your great attitude and take you to their company to work your magic. As a hotelier and company CEO in my previous years, you search for people like Rob. Keep up the good work.

I really don't appreciate the early call this morning a woman from Enterprise Farmington New Mexico I was involved in a vehicle accident I have had the rental car for a little bit over a week and now all of a sudden she's coming this morning to pick it up because they're having a high volume of calls for a minivan after I put gas in it because I have things to do today and I work today I'm supposed to have the vehicle till Dec 22 through insurance claim I'm a little upset but I'm just going to go with it because I have no vehicle

Poor poor customer service. Manager Rob has an issue with me from the beginning. His employee offers me a specific vehicle and then he has his employee call me to say there is it needs an oil change and there will be a wait. So I take my son to get a haircut. I try calling and no one answers. So we go back to the store and he says we need to park by jc Penny's but someone will get us. Then we park and get back to the store and sit and wait as another customer gets helped and its 2 hours passed my rental pick up and he says oh the car is having issues and offers me a smaller car then I already paid for. Yes my CC was processed and security deposit taken for said vehicle. I've already had pleasant conversations with his employee who was working with me and he shows up and turns the reservation sideways. He offers a smaller vehicle and i said no that's too small and his next option with attitude I would compare to an upset teenager "we can cancel this reservation." I said if i knew i had to go through all of this, I should have just went to durango. I travel a ton and most rental companies will say, is there anything else to make this rental completely satisfying and I can imagine this location does not do that. Then remember he made us park at jc Penny's. Well myself and my 7 year old son end up walking back. 2 hours waiting and having to walk back to our car. From previous conversations with better workers i know national and enterprise are tied together and id like to hear from someone above this ridiculous excuse of a manager and hopefully my profile is pulled up.

If negative stars were an option..I made a reservation at this Enterprise location three weeks in advance specifically for a truck for a family trip. The day before my reservation, I received a call from an employee named Brock telling me that “trucks are hard to come by in the area” and that my reservation likely wouldn’t be fulfilled. This put me in an extremely difficult spot with almost no notice.
He mentioned they would have a few larger SUVs available and asked me to be “flexible,” so I tried to stay open-minded. When I arrived the next day, the only truck they had managed to “find” was visibly damaged—the entire passenger-side wheel well was hanging off, and it was clearly not safe to drive. As we pointed out the damage, Brock actually said, “We can put a zip tie on that.” I was stunned. There was absolutely no way I was going to put my family in a vehicle that looked unsafe to be on the road.
He then offered a small SUV (not the larger option I was originally told about), and we explained that we were fine taking it only if we weren’t being charged the same rate as a truck reservation. Instead of working with us, Brock immediately replied, “I can just cancel your reservation. Have a great day.” And that was that—no vehicle, no attempt to help, no apology.
I was left with no rental, wasted time, and had to rearrange my entire trip using my own smaller vehicle that wasn’t suitable for what we had planned. The level of disregard and lack of professionalism I experienced here was completely unacceptable.
I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
