    Basic wash of 12.00 to drive through a car wash that literally nothing worked but the dryer at the end. Went in to tell the person inside that nothing was working and was told “you got the basic wash and it doesn’t do anything really”. No kidding. I could have sprayed my truck off with a water hose and been better off. Absolutely worst run company in Clovis. I see why there is no one ever here. Sell the place to someone that cares to not rip people off. Because once you pay it’s too late anyways. I’m sure the owner will comment on this post but you are the one that needs to do better. You comment on everyone’s complaints but it’s obvious you couldn’t care less. Business doesn’t run that way. Anywhere.

    I realize that’s a basic car wash would not be fantastic but the result I received is not acceptable. See pictures. The tech told me that the brushes wouldn’t come on due to the gap in my hood. I’ve had no other issues with that at any other car wash. I chose this because they were not busy. Now I know why. I won’t be back.

    First time I couldn't get a car wash because someone messed up the tracks. Then finally in town again to use the wash I already paid for and then I had to download an app to use it. They also didn't dry off the truck which if I'm paying $30 for a wash that should happen. Never again it was a waste of my time and gas.
