The assistant manager would not replace the car, and argued with corporate roadside assistance about replacement. He was most uncooperative. The only thing he finally did manage to do was obtain a copy of the registration from corporate. This still will not stop my brother from getting pulled over, and possibly cited for failure to display current vehicle plates on the vehicle. The assistant manager was rude, uninformed, and most uncooperative. This small problem was way over his pay grade, or his capabilities.
