Problem was that they couldn't find the sale in the system. Michael who helped me was very friendly and spent quite a bit of time trying everything to find it. Angela the manager also couldn't find the transaction but honored the warranty and replaced my battery. Angela was extremely kind with excellent customer service. I so appreciate the customer service and dedication to making customers a priority all with happy willing attitudes. Its especially refreshing in Clovis as the overall attitudes in most businesses are awful. Highly recommend doing business here.
