  I left my AirPods in the rental car by accident, and the team was incredibly helpful in getting them back to me. They took the time to package and ship them, which I really appreciate. Their honesty and willingness to help meant a lot to me. Thank you so much for going the extra mile!

  This review is specifically regarding the location at Carlsbad New Mexico. My grandson and I flew into Carlsbad from Albuquerque to visit Carlsbad Caverns. There is no counter service. I was told to call the office for a ride there to pickup my car. I had called before my trip and told them we would arrive at 1pm. I called 4 times and reached a recording stating “call tomorrow “. Over one hour had passed since our arrival. A stranger approached us and said this was a common occurrence. She offered to take us (senior 76, child, 8) to Enterprise office. We took the ride. When we got to the office, the employee asked why we didn’t call. I asked why didn’t he answer the phone. Why couldn’t Enterprise provide a direct number for those arriving or needing a pickup? It was a traumatic for both of us and a hard decision regarding “stranger danger”

  The local team in Carlsbad, NM are amazing. Picking me up at the airport making sure I had everything I need, and then allowing me to drop the car of at the airport, was super helpful. Kudos to the team!
