I just moved from Texas and he said that it said in the "small print" that if I was from out of state that I had to have a major credit card. My husband was going to use his but is not in town and they wouldn't accept it over the phone. He was bland and would not help in any way. He became rude at a point when I became frustrated. I will never use this Enterprise. Also, the car was supposed to be ready by 9:00am and they said it wouldn't be ready till after 9:00. Thank God we weren't leaving today. That's absurd!
