- JJJaneNov 18, 20251.0don't go there unless you have time to kill, went there first customer that was being helped was still being helped when I left, waited in line almost 20 minutes and when I left the first customer and the employee were still looking at the computer. There were also 5 after him, all I needed was 1 quart of oil, and only 1 employee helping, AutoZone needs to have at least 2 employees helping each shift, and also the phone was ringing none stop, I know AutoZone gets busy but need more help, or a self check out for people that already know what they want, like I said all I wanted was 1 quart of oil and waited for 20 minutes and the line never moved it was still the same customer being helped for that whole time and all they did was look at the computer, employee or customer had no sense of urgency or consideration for the other customers there attitude was like "0h they cant wait I don't care."
