The oil change was ok but when it came to the rotation they broke my lug nut locks saying I have to pay out of pocket to replace them and got irritated when I ask not to go forward with the rotation. But the mechanic told me that they somehow expanded but the other lugs didn't. Now they want me to buy the set out of pocket and pay them again to swap the out lug nuts

The wait wasn’t too bad. I know that they had other vehicles and things that had to get done other than my vehicle. The employees were very nice and kept me updated on the progress of the work being done. I would recommend this store to family and friends to bring their vehicles to be serviced.
