The wrong part was held, but that’s not the worst part. The employees were outright discussing out loud their discuss for a customer calling per profane names in front of a store full of customers in line. I cuss with the best of them but even I was appalled at the level of unprofessionalism. I got to the counter to retrieve the part that was on-hold only to be greeted by an older gentleman who obviously had been things to do than help me. He continuously signed and rolled his eyes at me the entire interaction. I eventually left going to O’Riellys getting the part and tool I needed for the job with great customer service. We won’t be back to Belen Auto Zone. Do better!
