  Safelite on Juan Tabo in Albuquerque was amazing, I got a chip on my front windshield in the early afternoon. Safelite was able to fix the chip by 3:30 on the same day. The professionalism and workmanship was amazing. Plus they made me feel appreciated. Thank you Safelite👍

  The crew at the Juan Tabo shop treat you and your car right, and I love the drop off option. Fast turnaround, clean windshield replacement and great people. A big shout out to Alfred for staying late - I was majorly delayed due to road construction on I-40 and accidents on Rt 66, caused by all the people jumping off of I-40. What a mess! Thanks, Alfred, for waiting!

  They did the job incorrectly. Made me go over to the shop. Stated they were not going to eat the cost when I said nothing about eating anything. The store manager Joshua Blevins was supposed to call me back and tell me what was going to happen. He did not apologize for their mistake nor reduce anything on the total price for the job not done correctly. They are using my warranty to redo the job so they won't lose out on any costs. The worst store manager I have ever talked to. And employees are like his little followers that did not care either. Update: They fixed the issue and agreed to throw in the windshield wiper blades and rain treatment for free. Tech that came out was very respectful and actually cared. Thank you..

  I had a terrible experience with First Safe Flight. I went in about two weeks ago to fix my Infiniti's windshield-total cost was $950. The windshield was $400, recalibration was $400, plus other fees. They promised the lane assist was fixed, but when I drove, the left side assist still didn't work-only the right. I went back today, and the guy at the counter was really rude-he couldn't find my account and insisted I only had a tint eyebrow strip (which I never got). After a lot of back and forth, the manager finally approved the service, but even after recalibration, the lane assist still didn't work The technician told me, 'If it doesn't work, it might be a software problem, but I've never had a software issue before I came here. Now I'm stuck because they close at 5, so I couldn't even return. I would not recommend them—just avoid the hassle!

  Safelite repaired a chip/crack in my windsheild caused by a rock on the highway. Booking online was extremely easy- I got an appointment next day. Prices were fair- the self-pay cost was reasonable and I was ready to pay it, but they informed me that with my insurance I wouldn't have to pay anything and arranged that in 15 minutes while I was at the counter with them. The work was good - I don't know if you can make every chip disappear completely, but the chip is certainly diminished and not spreading. The work was fast- turn around in 45 minutes. A solid glass shop.
