Safelite offered payment options as I wasn’t opting in for an insurance policy claim - very nice option for customers paying out of pocket! Leading up to the appointment there was communication from Safelite confirming my appointment. The day of the appointment, my technician, Orlando, called before arrival to let me know they were on the way and to know when to expect them. This was very courteous as the time window was noon to 5pm. I believe Orlando arrived around 12:30pm. He was friendly, professional, courteous, and did an amazing job! All my glass was cleaned - not just my windshield. I found no broken glass. It’s really like my windshield was prior to the hail damage it suffered! I’d highly recommend Safelite. They may not be the cheapest, but the value I received was worth it in my opinion. -Windshield replacement only. -No wipers, as my wipers were fairly new.

Tech said "well it meets Safelite's quality standards and it's out of your line of site so it should bother you and it's an old car anyway but if you want to file a warranty claim you can". Gosh, thanks for granting me permission! He also told me that a discount had been applied already and that if I gave him a survey result lower than 9 out of 10 he wouldnt get paid. Called into their main line and wasted a day trying to get it solved to learn I had to call the local shop, which you actually cant do directly. Local shop called me back and said the discount and "quality standard" things were both wrong and not true and apologized and offered me $50 off. Are you kidding? You installed a "new" windshield with a scratch in it, lied about a discount and botched two appointments and you think that's worth $50? Find a different auto glass place, these guys dont know what they are doing.
