Obviously, any kind of mistake isn't ideal but this one was not catastrophic. That said, here's why I am giving this Safelite five stars: the process of getting it fixed was seamless. Safelite advertises a lifetime warranty on workmanship and they upheld that promise in my case. I was able to schedule the appointment online with no hassle such as providing pictures or a video. There was no dispute over who was at fault (which I sort of expected as the original service was many months ago). Safelite simply had me bring the car in and they checked it out. Juan was my technician for the repair and he had me in and out of the door in 20 minutes.

The Technician discovered that our windshield wasn’t was only sitting in the bottom part of the frame and not even secured and we could have died from the way it was , not even sealed ! I bought the car from Santa Fe British motors in Santa Fe on Cordova Rd. The owner Sean, said , “ I do a thorough inspection of all the rovers I sell, and do 2,500.00 $ of work on the cars before we sell them .” The only thing holding the windshield on was the left and right side trims and a dab of silicone on the passenger side. IF, you’re thinking about buying a car from Santa Fe British Motors , think again, avoid this place like the PLAGUE. Thank you Safelite and Jordon, Master Technician!!
