  I was a loyal customer of Valvoline until they ran me into the ground with poor customer service too many times in a row. I have no reason to be loyal to this company when they cannot provide customer service when there's a problem. I talked it over with a customer service agent and they said " you are right you probably should go somewhere else since you don't get good service from Valvoline. " And I said you are right thank you very much! And I will be going to the jiffy lube from now on. Damage I simply reported a manager who is late to work while there were customers in line who yelled and screamed at the customers that they were in the way because he couldn't get into the parking lot to open up the shop. And then told customers who weren't moving that they weren't allowed to get an oil change even though they were in line before he got there! Customer service offered a complimentary service so that I would return and I thought that was acceptable solution except when I got there I was only 50% off. Basically when you make an offer to somebody and you don't follow through you lose customers. I have no need to be loyal to a company that hires ridiculous in the souls to run their stores and then blames the customer for being on time and being willing to wait and being willing to come back for them to prove that they have better service.

  Wasn't happy with my oil change on Saturday. I don't normally have oil spots on my garage floor. But after not driving at all on Sunday I found this Monday morning.

  I went this afternoon to get an oil change, unfortunately I have Mini Countryman and it has a part that can easily become damaged when removing the inconveniently placed oil filter. They told me they unfortunately couldn’t perform the oil change but still checked my tires and filled them to the appropriate inflation and topped off my fluids. Even though I didn’t get what I went for it was still some of the best customer service I’ve gotten in a very long time. I have always gone to this location until my mini because it does require other needs, but I left so impressed by the employees and since I didn’t have cash on me to tip them, I thought I’d make this post to say thank you so much for your outstanding service!
