  I love this place. It saves me money. I learn a lot while I'm there. And experience is knowledge. I love that I can check the inventory online before I go and know exactly where to go to get what I need. And I've never been disappointed with the price of an item. I pulled off and needed to buy. It also kind of makes me feel good to fix my own car up with my own tools. The people in the office are super friendly, helpful, and getting in and out as fast and simple.

  I never been in a place like this maybe if I knew what I was doing as a female I wouldn't have been frustrated they took my money and showed me into the yard people in the yard 98% of them didn't speak English so I didn't know who to ask for help. Upon exiting nobody send it to me when I had questions they were attending to everybody else with the parts I can't say they were bad I just know it was my first time and maybe next time I'll have a big mouth and ask questions

  After we had got done with everything and were checking out the attendant that writes the numbers on the parts was utterly, disgracefully disrespectful for no reason at all. Getting smart over a simple question regarding price difference. We had dropped a piece of paper on the ground we did not see and she started screaming at us to pick it up or throw it away. I’m not sure what the problem was but the customer service from her made us not even want to buy our parts we worked hard for. Nice to everyone else except us. Felt racially discriminatory so be careful going in there.

  Lady up front was super awesome! I created a line because, I tend to do that lol. But she kept her composure. Didn't nag about the line of customers all while making sure I was treated with her best customer service. Its hard to keep keep composure especially when there is grumpy old men moaning and groaning behind you lol. Prices are great too. It was my first time using thet service. I've only went there when I was younger wkth my dad, but I lost him in '24 and my truck needed a part badly. I almost gave up on it but then out of no where my brain went that route. It was a bittersweet moment I had there. Instead of paying $400 i paid $45.00. Thanks
