  If I could, I would give the location off of Jefferson and Albuquerque, New Mexico I have star my experience with Safelite was confusing frustrating upsetting from the moment I got onto the website. The website was very unclear. It did not give you an option to put a VIN number and when I scheduled a tech to come to my employment to fix my window, the part was the wrong part. It was ordered incorrectly, and I was told because I had a power window rear window that I would have to drop my vehicle off at the location. Well when I drop my vehicle off at the location, the customer experience was unpleasant. The staff were rude. Miss guiding me with the incorrect information. I will not recommend this to any family or friends nor will I send any of my vehicles from my company to this location anymore or for that matter you Safelite anymore.

  My experience at Safelite was very positive. My wait time was considerably shorter than stated. I had a comfortable place to wait(and work). My car was returned in great shape! I was given information to maintain my new windshield. Thank you!

  Had my windshield replaced and my A pillars were broken in the process. I have been waiting for almost 2 months for them to replace them. The manager Victor never answers his phone and doesn't call back when you leave a message with your phone number. I know mistakes happen so I am not mad they broke them and they said they would fix it but 2 months and nobody calling to let you know the progress is very unprofessional. I suggest using a different location if you are going to use safelite.

  This was going to be a surprise for my wife, who has been dealing with a cracked windshield and was out of town for work. I PREPAID out of pocket for an appointment for a mobile windshield replacement between 7:30 and 12pm. By 1:15pm on the day of the appointment, nobody arrived and nobody called me. I called customer service, who said that they would get in contact with the store and I would expect a call. By 3:45pm, 3 hours and 45 minutes after the END time of my appointment, nobody had showed up or called me. I called again. I heard the exact same story as 3.5 hours before. By 4:30pm, nobody showed up or called me, so I cancelled online. I am disappointed and frustrated that I prepaid, scheduled an appointment, made two calls, and nobody ever showed up or actually contacted ME about not showing up to render services. I only gave a second star because it was easy to cancel online for a full refund. I guess they need to make it easy considering this experience.

  Came in at SAFELITE @ 8330 Jefferson NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113 to fix my 2024 BMW X7 windshield crack that CAN BE COVERED with a nickel before the repair. I walked out with a crack that CAN NOT BE COVERED with a dollar bill. The store is giving some generic bullshit about possibilities of cracking a windshield during repair and ignoring a bigger possibility which is a careless inexperienced technician’s hand slipped and cracked my windshield, and now I need to get the entire windshield replaced and I owe them a $500 deductible! AVOID SAFELITE LIKE U AVOID THE PLAGUE!
