    I paid for the titanium car wash interior and they didn't even bother cleaning the cup holders or front dashboard.

    Complete rip off. Way too expensive and they have four people basically not cleaning your car. I paid $30 for a car wash Not including a tip and all they did to the inside was vacuumed. I had to ask them to clean the smudges off the rear window. My dash still has dust and dirt on it. I have a Ford F150 with a cover over the bed and they would not clean that unless I asked them... Again they did a terrible job and I will not bring back my truck here again. Very disappointed. I remember Not too long ago you could get a Good car wash for like $15 plus a tip. They would do everything and now the price has doubled and they basically do nothing. I understand inflation I have a business of my own but that doesn't mean because I'm asking more that I do less. Bottom line it's your money and if you're willing to pay for a terrible job go right ahead. I'm done.

    Come for a car wash. Driver notices the driver seat torn. First "Manager" says its from the vacuum in the back. Asked us to pull to the side for an incident report. Next "Manager" has a completely different demeanor. Asks if we're sure the tear wasn't there before. Basically questioning our integrity. Glad it wasn't my vehicle, and ever more happy in not a customer myself. Now I know not to be in the future as well.
