  I’ve had a horrible experience, this location is shortstaffed and it takes 30 to 45 minutes to wait for your car to be washed. Nobody else in town operates this way. This service is not worth the money that you are charging

  I was visiting family from out of state and received a wash. The carwash ripped off a piece of my trim and damaged it. The manager put it back on and told me it just has a little lip it's fine. Well it's not fine because it never had that before and I go to the carwash regularly back home. It was coming off when I stopped half way home for gas. I called and asked to file an insurance claim to have it fixed to which the manager told me I'd have to drive back to Albuquerque to file and there was no point because it would just be denied anyways. He offered to send me carwash vouchers I can use where I live and said they were going out THAT DAY. Well it's almost 2 weeks later and they still aren't here so clearly that was not accurate. I will never be back.

  If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I trusted this place with my car for a FULL-service wash, which requires you to hand over your vehicle at the South-facing customer entrance. When my car was returned to me, it had an 18-inch crack in my windshield — a $3,900 replacement. When I brought it to their attention immediately, they refused to take any responsibility and said they have “no liability for windshields.” There was NO sign or disclosure posted where customers hand over their vehicles warning about this policy. I handed them my car in good condition and got it back damaged. That’s not acceptable! When a business takes possession of your vehicle, the least they should do is take responsibility if something happens while it’s in their care. Because of this experience, I’m now looking into consumer protection complaints and other remedies. If you value your vehicle, I strongly recommend going somewhere else!
