  Top notch! This is my preferred spot for taking my vehicles. In total now 3 vehicles have had service done here. Always quick, upfront and actually affordable. Will certainly be back for future service. Thank you!

  I came here for an oil change at 9:00am and told there was a 30 minute wait. Totally understandable. Since I’ve been here I’ve seen 4 people arrive and leave after I arrived. After an hour, they had all the employees waiving signs outside the garage advertising NO WAIT! Meanwhile nobody is touching my car. I had to wait a total of 2 hours 15 minutes. i’m not sure if the coolant flush is why it took so long for my car or if they had to go out and buy coolant. Nobody brought me to the register until I asked why my car is not finished, no updates no communication. I brought my car to this location because it had 4.7 stars however it seems as though I have the worst luck in the world when it comes to getting good service. I believe next time I will do the oil change in coolant, flush myself, I could probably do it in one hour, oh and it cost $238.

  Waited 45 minutes for a top off. They told me I didn’t need it even though it was half way down the stick. Finally got him to put some in, and then he accused me of being rude. He was rude! Didn’t listen to me. I got mad and then I was rude. Did it hurt them to accommodate me. Whatever happened to the customer being right? Not going there again.

  I took my husband’s truck for an oil change. I didn’t know which lane to drive into, so I waited. The guy who came out to greet me was very rude and told me to move up in such an irritated manner. When he approached my vehicle he did not greet me kindly. Just the fact that he was rude and acted like he could care less if my vehicle was serviced there, I chose to drive extra miles to another location. First impressions and warm greetings are very important. I like going to Jiffy Lube, but needless to say I will not go back to that location. Put another employee out there to greet people.
