Nice friendly service.. just a couple things.. for some reason my passenger seat was all the way laying down.. there was oil glove prints all over my car doors, definitely wasn’t even slightly vacuumed or a clean windshield.. and they scrapped off my old sticker on my windshield and left all the little pieces on my steering wheel… I mean a slap on the wrist don’t do it again but they weren’t even busy .. but whatever I was out in under 30 min..

- KKKennedyMar 6, 20261.0Had an emission test performed and the employee entered the wrong information on the original test. Therefore, a second test was conducted to correct the clerical error. Therefore first test passed and when they turned the vehicle around and pulled back into the shop for second test to correct said error an engine light was set. Second test failed and when all employees involved including management to see the original test to verify the information entered, the employees lied and said the test was thrown away and that I could not see the original test. Drove two miles away and engine light turns off. Manager refused to show the original test and since the light turned off a short drive away it’s apparently not a problem with my vehicle. Complete loss of trust for this location and the staff working at their. If negative stars were available would rate negatively.
