His "Team" greated me with a smile and the young lady who took my information to start computer process was very kind. The cleanliness of restrooms and waiting room is a 10! and response to detail from Mr. Jose is sop greatly appreciated with his excellent knowledge to make me feel very comfortable & confident with my service today and will return and let other family and friends know this is a excellent Jiffy Lube, God Bless, Yvette
- RBRandy Burge5 days ago1.0The Jiffy Lube technicians at this site used an impact tool to tighten my oil pan plug and stripped the threads so that I had a continuous oil leak around the loosened plug. Taking the extra few seconds to use a ratchet to remove plug would have saved me a huge hassle. I re-changed my oil myself and put teflon plumbers tape around the plug to stop the leak. The other solution was to replace my oil pan. I will never use this site or a Jiffy Lube again. Thanks but no thanks Jiffy Lube.

- TNTaylor NelsonMar 17, 20261.0Forced the wrong key in my ignition and made it much more difficult to start my car. Had to use wd 40 on my key to even get it to start after much effort. Did not even give a discount, i had to ask for one. Were very dismissive of me when i pointed out they had clearly made the ignition much worse and tried to make it seem like it was normal wear and tear and that it had been like that when i got there when it was much much worse after they forced the wrong key in. Tried to get me to pay for a diagnostic check on the issue.
