He immediately looked at it and explained I had a screw in the tire. He told me he could take care of the problem right away. Soon after, I was on my way. I love Jiffy Lube because the workers get right on the problem without any delays, and I don't have to wait for an appointment! At my dealership, I had to wait to be seen by someone, and then wait again until I could even get an appointment. This is why my husband and I always come to Jiffy Lube whenever we need an oil/filter change, tire problems, or other minor mechanical repairs. Thank you, Juffy Lube, and Zachery!
