  Terrible parts Department, They are not any help. What’s so ever , Refused to sell me key code For Vehicle I own with title in hand , went to reliable Chevrolet , Was in and Out in 5 minutes with great service and key code in hand Don’t waste your time at galles , absolutely terrible people in the parts department

  Be careful with them if you want them to work on your truck I have A 2020 Chevy Silverado transmission problem 80,000 miles when I took it over there. I drove it over there. I wasn’t able to leave with it driving. I had to get it towed out. I don’t know what they did to it. They messed it up even more and they also bent my muffler. They’re shady and crooked charged me $400 to diagnostic. They want to charge me another $400 to put the transmission pan back on. They messed it up, so I couldn’t even drive it out of the lot or even try to trade it in the worst kind of dealership and since I posted a video, I have two friends said they’re going to the same thing and their trucks are even more expensive than mine and more newer with only 30,000 miles on it

  Buying the car is one thing but when your car needs work and the dealership keeps your car for two weeks EXPECT ZERO ASSISTANCE with a loaner vehicle. They will tell you to rent your own vehicle if you need one. After buying your vehicle the dealership has zero regards for its customers. We bought two vehicles from here and I can say I would never buy another vehicle from Galles because of what I am experiencing right now.

  very disappointed and will not return to the service department as we went in and got our oil changed and tire rotation took an hour and a half which 20 minutes of it our truck was just sitting done and nobody came and got us or told us any information on the truck when we were out to lunch. We saw a note on the paperwork. They handed us that said we had a leak and They recommend getting a new tire so I called. I talked to the service manager and he said it was their fault as they did not communicate the leak to us so he told usto bring it back. I brought it back and was told it would be a quick process and that I could get a loaner car. it was six hours to Have them getting a new tire as we were waiting to get the loaner vehicle we were told we needed our license a credit card on file and insurance card for incidentals but yeah when we returned their car full tank of gas and when we got in the truck, there was trash that they should have taken out on the floorboard for where their feet were and they just left it in there for us to dispose so they want their car back nice and clean full tank of gas and everything but yet they don’t give the same kind of courtesy and we do have tire protection and when we got up to the counter, we were told it was gonna be $222 for that tire and they do not communicate with each other. I’m the one that had to tell them that we have tire protection. I just do not know why it had to take six hours. We will now longer be taking our truck There anymore Very disappointed in Customer service and they gave us a small Chevy traks which my son‘s wheelchair barely fit in there as their courtesy vehicle again two mess ups we will not return ever to this dealership.
