  Enterprise manager/ brilliant young man at the Lomas branch in Albuquerque impressed me w/ outstanding customer service and active listening skills. Enterprise upgraded me to great jeep vehicle. Will send my military group to do service with enterprise over other renal companies. This is second successful and positive business transaction with enterprise. Keep up great work !

  I needed a rental while my vehicle was being worked on and I decided to take a road trip. This place is awesome if you want fast, friendly service! Every Enterprise rental car personal I was dealing with they all get 5 stars! This place is great for us local residents should you need a rental car! I definitely recommend them!

  Expect to spend an extra hour or longer here. This is my third time using this location. The first time, I needed them to pick me up for a rental car. They were 45 minutes late picking me up—short on staffing was the excuse I got. The second time, I had someone drive me to the location to hopefully get things done quicker. Another 30-45 minutes past my scheduled time I was in the rental—short staffing again. This is my third time here, currently still waiting over 1 hour and 35 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. When I arrived the lobby was full of people waiting and the employees were busy. I was told to please wait and someone would be with me shortly. About 20 minutes later I approached the desk again to be checked in as the others in the lobby were sitting, waiting and the employees didn’t seem to be busy. I got checked in but was told it would be a bit before they can get me in a vehicle. After I had been waiting an hour, I approached the desk to ask how much longer and was told about 20 minutes. Enter angry wife- I called her to let her know I would be late getting home due to waiting for the rental to which I guess she attempted to call the store. An employee came outside where I was sitting and asked me my name and I told him. He said “ I think we have you on the phone inside requesting to speak to a manager?” with a puzzled look on his face. I told him it was probably my wife. He abruptly said “we have a car for you, I told you 20 minutes, I wasn’t lying” to which I just said “ok” as I did not know my wife had called the store. I will be searching for a different location or company for my rental needs in the future. Three chances I’ve given them and I’ve been let down each time. I continuously lose valuable time for my trip when choosing this location. Lesson learned. I’ve not been successful checking in online due to a processing error saying my card can’t be verified though it works just fine for in person check in. I arrive about 20-30 minutes before my scheduled time to check in. I schedule pick ups and drop offs hours before I need to be somewhere, but I feel the rental process takes too long and I’m not willing to pay extra to pick the rental up a day in advance. The vehicles have been decent and in good condition but the service is far too slow with employees not acknowledging customers when they walk in, just asking them to wait and never calling them back up. I understand being short staffed or having a high volume of scheduled pick ups and drop offs, but over 1.5 hours waiting is excessive. Note: when the reservation was originally Made the pick up time was 3:00pm, I did modify the reservation yesterday to pick up at 1:00pm. There were no notifications that a vehicle was not available at that time. While waiting I watched a vehicle be returned between 1:30-2:00pm which is ultimately the vehicle I was put in. I did get a 15% discount off my total cost and some free gas. Which I appreciate. I didn’t get into a vehicle until 2:40pm.

  From the moment we walked in the door we were not greeted and the place was packed. No one said hi to us and there was not even a sign in sheet. Why did you even have us make an appointment if you weren't going to be ready for us. This place is smaller than most gas stations. I would not recommend coming here. They didn't even have the car prepped for us. Update: I have bumped them up to three stars because the assistant manager was very professional, and made sure I was happy when I dropped the car off. He has great manager skills.
