  I had to have a rental car after my personal vehicle was hit and totaled, which was pretty stressful. Thankfully, my experience with Enterprise made everything so much easier! As soon as my insurance approved the rental, I received a call from their team to set everything up. They even picked me up from Car Crafters! The car I was assigned was wonderful—comfortable and a pleasure to drive. I was also impressed by how well the employees kept me informed about everything that I needed to be kept in the know on. Their professionalism and dedication to making my life easier truly stood out. Because of this great experience, Enterprise will be my go-to choice for car rentals from now on!

  I had a rental car reserved for me by geico while I waited for my car to be repaired. The service at this job was great. They would pick me up from the body shop the 2x I needed a car. They easily switched out a car that I rented and wasn't comfortable with. They followed up with me as I was nearing the end of my allowed days by geico and then followed up with my body shop to get them to pick up the cost of the extra days. They were very easy to work with and get ahold of. Will was awesome as were the other staff thar assisted me there.

  Not happy with my rental I got 170$ cut from my 300$ for extending. this is the first .... I would think that if something was charged I would have gotten charged directly to my card it wouldn't have gotten pulled out of my deposit always get your invoices and always go over them.
