When he tried to go back, they refused to help him and said to come back in 3 days, which he did not have time to do and ended up doing it himself. They wouldn't partially refund him or even apologize. Instead, they argued with him. And that being said, $80 is a lot of money for an oil change. And crappy service. Wait in a longer line somewhere else

Noticed a few hose discounted and lost from the air filter after declining to check my air filter that cause my check engine light to come on. Just sloppy work from the staff that serviced my vehicle and paid for parts for nothing when I realized hoses were discounted and lost, and also the trouble of looking for a new cap for my window fluid reservoir.
