  The young men working at the golf course location are very courteous. And check and double check everything they are doing. They get the job done super fast, but still make you feel like your business is appreciated.

  Been going to Valvoline for 20+ years, I will never return. Eventhough it was quietly on my receipt, they did not tell me that my drain plug was stripped and they did not give me the opportunity to authorize a pan saver or inspect my own drain plug. Very suspicious. Now there is oill all over my garage floor. seeking legal advice. This was at the Golf Course location.

  Victor, the service manager, and his team are amazing. My wife accidentally dropped her oil cap into the engine compartment while topping off oil and this Valvoline team was able to give her proper instructions to get her to them safely and find her oil cap. As well as doing a full service oil change. She has an Audi so it’s hard to find anyone to touch her car in general. Thank you, Victor! Amazing job and team.

  I wish I could give this place negative stars. This review is about the Vavoline on Golf course. I came here to get my oil changed, today, like I always do. These guys have me start my car and they didnt put the oil filter on. Oil gushed all over the top of my engine, front of mycar, on my paint, on my airfilter which they did not tell me about. They poured oil degreaser on my engine, they scrubbed my paint with degreaser, fogged up the paint with degreaser and oil. They didnt cleaning all off my engine. I had to tell them to pull the skid plate to get the oil out. They did not apologize to me and charged me because they did not like my attitude when this happened. these guys are amature hour. Who I assume was the manager, just argued with me. He said accidents happen. Yet hes consoling the guy who did it. "Its okay, don't worry about it." . No apologies to me. Another guy laughs and says "I always wondered what would happen if I did that." I could also hear the manger talking to a customer about messing up thier car. "This has never happened to me so I need you to call my boss" he says. I am not happy. I will take my next steps in this situation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Update... so I was refunded my money for the oil change, "shocking" but Valvoline is a scam. They wont pay for the problems their people create and don't stand by the customer. I was supposed to get a call from the area manger but crickets. I will never use anything Valvoline and neither should you.

  Listen Up. I get a lot of Oil Changes. This month alone I needed 3 oil changes. The Valvoline in Albuquerque on golf course drive is by far the best oil change and maintenance service location in the valley. They are professional, dedicated to detail, and get me in and out in 15 minutes or less . They are remarkable at Valvoline. Victor the manager is running a fantastic team of employees. They respect your vehicle, your needs and your time. It is refreshing positive experience going here. It blow Jiffy Lube away and all other competitors. If they keep doing what they are doing there won’t be competitors because nobody would go anywhere else but Valvoline. Great work !!!! Give them a try. And whoever owns this location know you have a stellar crew !!! Cheers and thanks for the excellent service.
