Their $29.99 fee is high and they failed to report it to the MVD. When I called the shop to ask them to upload it, they told me they couldn't and my only option was to go to the MVD and give them the paper certificate. I did not pay for the convenience to have to wait in line at the MVD or pay again for service. Pro tip: you can call the MVD and they'll let you email them the certificate.

Valvoline technicians asked me what I wanted done and did only that. They did not check all my lightbulbs, air filters, battery, windshield wipers, etc. They only did what I asked them to do. I stayed in my vehicle and the whole thing took about 15 minutes. Valvoline has earned my gratitude, respect and most of all my business. Thank you Valvoline!
