He did a horrible job! also Kyle was putting the lift kit and broke the LP line on my RV and didn't say anything, I had to pay a RV technician to fix the LP line after, Very disappointed in the service.

We arrived in Alburquerque NM and searched for an RV Repair service. Luckily we found Tom's RV Service. They were able to schedule us in within 24 hours. Tom's team quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue which was a bent prong on the pigtail. Tom and his entire team are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We wish there was a Tom' s RV service in our hometown.
- DED EqbAug 24, 20205.0Can I leave Tom's RV Service 11 stars? When four big shop installers in town couldn't pull it off, Tom (and his tech, Andrew) were life savers - really. Needed to use a camper to take an immunosuppressed person to a medical appt across the country without flying or hotel stays. At first we happened to end up at a bigger competitor for the hitch and harness install, but they hit a sticking point when it turned out the shipped harness part didn't quite match. Would have possibly missed the appt if it weren't for Tom asking Andrew to try to make it work, and Andrew doing just that. You'll be a customer for life if you go to Tom's. They're that rare combo of skill and solid quality with a personal touch. Thank you!
