He did a horrible job! also Kyle was putting the lift kit and broke the LP line on my RV and didn't say anything, I had to pay a RV technician to fix the LP line after, Very disappointed in the service.

Tom's RV is an excellent option due to their friendly and personable attitudes, their attention to customer service, their encyclopedic knowledge of all things Newmar, and their competence. They work on all makes and models I believe. Just impressed that they know Newmar so well. They also avoided many undue costs for me which I appreciate as a customer.
