He was super chill and friendly and totally not pushy and got us set up quickly with a car that we loved and drove around for the next two weeks. Best rental car counter experience ever!

This company lies about damage cant provide pictures or documentation of the alleged incident- I have gone back and fourth with multiple people overseas and no one can provide anything to me. I have gone 2xs now down to the rental counter at the airport and while they were nice they are unable to help once it gets to the claims dept. - I am currently on hold for 44 minutes waiting to get an incident report my insurance is needing. Even though I do not agree with this allegation I do not want any bad hits on my almost perfect credit score. I looked up that they just settled a $11.7 million dollar class action lawsuit for the EXACT SAME SITUATION- do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible from this rental company- I would rather walk then utilize this fradulant company
- MCMegan ChristmanJan 4, 20261.0The worst experience I’ve ever had with any rental agency. When we arrived, the red hair lady was rude and talked down to us like we were beneath her. We had just rented 2 cars, just the week before, for family emergencies and bereavement. Due to our heart ache and needing to return our children to their mother after all our stress, this time wanted to be spoiled with something special. We booked through a 3rd party (as we did the other times) but we were refused the car we paid for because THIS TIME they wouldn’t accept our credit card for the deposit. She made no effort to comfort us and did quite the opposite by shaming us and saying, “Next time don’t book through a 3rd party.” No refund was offered and we were humiliated by her snobby attitude.

Not only did I have to waste time and change the oil on the vehicle I rented but they are saying I need to provide proof of receipt after telling me to turn in the receipt at the drop off location and will be reimbursed. 2 months later and nothing. Customer service either hangs up on me or puts me in a loophole. I would highly advice staying away from this company as if something does happen, you’re going to be screwed.
