I have now had to deal with two different debt collection agencies. After the first ruled that the claim was invalid, I just received notice from a second debt company one year after my case was closed. All of this when I have IN WRITING from the company that the damage existed prior to my rental. This company is negligent at best and predatory at worst.

I know it was quite early and we are all tired. She finally warmed up. But hey you got that sitting next to you (should be use to it). Reason I went with SIXT is because I was quite angry at Enterprise and THEIR customer service. I did like the car I drove a lot!!! BUT there was a rag in the car. Please make sure when you clean, you really clean. Return was a breeze, Lon was quite nice and thorough. Even offered to help me take my bags out of the car. I would use SIXT again. Travel to NM two to three times a year for family. I don't like the 200.00 charge added in addition to the price of renting the car. Holding charge they say. But overall the car experience was good.

I was able to check in and select a car on the Sixt app before arriving at the airport car rental center. Sixt’s luxury SUV class was advertised as a BMW X3 or similar; I selected a Volvo XC60 during check in. The car was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Car return was easy and fast. My only complaint is that my wife couldn’t be added as an additional driver without charge. (I’m accustomed to Costco Travel and Hertz + AAA, both of which allow the spouse to drive at no charge.)
