All rentals at ABQ were incredibly busy and limited on cars and Sixt ranked far superior than the others with getting their customers into cars that matched or exceeded their reservation. They are generous with upgrades if they don’t have your car/reservation in stock and Lexi was an absolute delight helping not just me find a comfortable vehicle for 15 days but many customers before and after me. Thanks Lexi, you deserve a promotion!!

They said we scratched a rental refuse to provide any documents i requested stated it was my burden to prove I didnt cause damage. I called tbe adjuster abd the number listed for him is fraudulent. I also read reviews from The Doan Group which they are scamming people with. They are also trying to double dip with fees and charge for the scratch plus diminished value - kicker i got an email stating they don't have to fix the vehicle but I need to pay $1,025.63. I posted a picture of the alleged damages. What a joke
