He even had me digging by hand through the trash looking for it, when he finally found my key at the bottom of his tool bag. I requested a refund for the $300+ service (after insurance) and they agreed to send me $50 in the mail. I don't think I'll ever use Safelite again.

Said he’d be to my house in 30 minutes called me 15 minutes later saying that my windshield was not correct and that he would call me to get out there didn’t show up until 20 minutes till 12 after I was his first stop for the day, it’s unacceptable For a major corporation handling insurance claims through USAA or getting paid well over the amount that it’s worth to show up this late, especially especially when I was the first stop for the day.
