Choose another location. Took in my f250 for a basic windshield repair. The actual windshield replacement was sub par. Weather stripping was uneven and wasn’t seated properly. The biggest issue was that the tech broke the passenger side windshield cowl and didn’t mention it to me. I found it when inspecting their work before leaving the shop. I spoke with the manager Joe, and at first he was showing me pre-inspections photos they had took which didn’t show any damage at all. Joe went back to speak with the tech and the tech mentioned he broke the cowl and just didn’t mention it. At this point Joe said they would get a NEW cowl on order and I’d receive a call in a day or two to schedule the instal. A week and a half went by and I didn’t hear from Joe. I called the number on the business card he gave me a good 30 times and the phone just rang. Not one answer or ability to leave a voicemail. I spoke with a rep on the 1-800 line and they created a ticket which wasn’t helpful. Sweetest lady though. I finally received a text message…..a text message, a week and a half later, that Joe had just picked up the part and I could bring the truck in for repair. I showed up the next morning and Joe did jump on it right away. When he was finished he called me in to inspect his work. I was very disappointed, the part he used to replace the broken cowl was from the junk yard. Sun beaten, brittle, cracked and broken in other places. Furthest thing from a new part. Absolutely unacceptable. During the install process, he managed to break the other side of the cowl and made no mention of this as well. I take very good care of my vehicles and have handled these parts on my truck before. They were not broken or cracked prior. In that moment I didn’t even have the patience to say anything or deal with the nonsense any longer. The cowls are missing screws and are not properly secured and now rattle in the wind as I’m driving. I will order a BRAND NEW cowl and install it myself. In the photos you will see the quality difference in the cowl they used to replace the broken one, the cracks and breaks in the existing cowl, and missing hardware. I’ve always had great experiences with Safelite, this was my first appointment at this location and will absolutely not be back.

Insurance was covering a replacement windshield except for a $100 deductible. We scheduled a drop off, left the car there, and they called us and said the replacement window had a scratch. They offered it to us at a discount but we refused. They said they'd order another one and we rescheduled for the following week. No biggie. Except... the following week, they had our car, never called us to say it was ready. We get there at closing and it's still not done, had to wait until 5:30pm despite dropping it off at 9am. And guess what? They put in the scratched windshield that we already rejected. It has a large line directly in the driver's line of sight where you can't see out of. Two entire days wasted and now the windshield is worse than when we dropped it off, plus we're out our deductible. And there's no way to actually call and get through to a human being!
*Edited to Add: Their website doesn't work to schedule a warranty appointment. After calling the direct number the shop gave multiple times and leaving a message as well as going through online customer service (email and text), I still have been unable to get to a human being or get a warranty appointment. If you call the phone number, you only get an AI assistant. This is after they knowingly installed a damaged window and grossly misrepresented the services paid for.
