She even stayed after closing to make sure we were satisfied with the selection of truck we were getting for our rental. - PPphxbro1Jan 13, 20262.0Very rough suspension ride, shimmy in front end. No A/C on apu and apu heater shuts off in early morning. No refrigerator for food or medicine , only one mattress for 2 people. Failed inspection at weigh scale, had to stay there 6 hours to be repaired and reinspected , was late for delivery had to deliver next day which through off schedule. Only one key. Engine shuts off after 5 minutes. Penske does not consider the driver.

The best in the business, where other companies fall short she stands tall, stayed on the phone with me for over an hour and answered all of my questions without skipping a beat, never rushed or got irritated, she knows how business is done, it was more akin to talking to a family member than a business transaction, she took a very stressful situation and made it easy all while weighing all of my options and helping me make the best decision.
