    Doesn’t exist. Drive around the lot multiple times. Called the number at the gate. Nothing. Not a sign anywhere saying Penske. Not a Penske product of any kind in the storage facility. Nada…nothing. UPDATE: Updating from 1 to 3 stars seeing as they responded to my post. Penske Customer Service was able to redirect me to another facility to drop off my equipment.

    Marcos, you are the BEST! This was the most amazing experience I have ever had! After doing business with U-haul for nearly 2 years I returned to them to rent a truck for an unexpected and stressful move. The way I was treated at the facility behind Walmart on the West Side of Albuquerque, was enough to never consider using them ever again… for ANYTHING! I found Penske at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. From the initial call, until the return of the truck, our experience was great. We’ve had so many things to worry about and still do. But the one thing that helped my husband and I thru this whole part of our move was the way we were treated by Penske. They were very considerate and catering to us in every way. Marcos is at the location inside the Alameda West Storage on Coors Bypass. If you ever need any kind of truck for a move, home repairs, hauling…. anything please with no hesitation CALL MARCOS! He will put you in the truck you need. He will make sure you leave happy and worry free. I could not be more satisfied with this guy! He made our experience worth writing and rating. Something I don’t usually do. But I am taking all my business to him and I suggest all of you out there do the same. He is worth the try definitely. I told all my friends and family how disappointed I am in U-haul. But I am glad they treated me the way they did because I never would have stumbled upon such a great business and an awesome salesman! He deserves some recognition. Above and beyond doesn’t do him justice. Thanks Marcos!!
