I saw today, for the first time, how abrasive and unnecessarily rough your brushes are. I could see lines in my paint from the force of the brushes hitting my car. Do they need to set that hard? Will try the east central for my next wash. If the spinning brushes there have the same force as Gibson will have no choice but to cancel my membership. Having a clean car isn't worth causing expensive damage to my paint over time. The facility and people are nice enough, but, will look elsewhere if all location's brushes spin with the same pressure as to leave marks on the side of my car.

When I left my windows were still dirty the same as when I went in the rugs were full I dirt. All in all lousy service and to think I tipped them big mistake
