    Come for a car wash. Driver notices the driver seat torn. First "Manager" says its from the vacuum in the back. Asked us to pull to the side for an incident report. Next "Manager" has a completely different demeanor. Asks if we're sure the tear wasn't there before. Basically questioning our integrity. Glad it wasn't my vehicle, and ever more happy in not a customer myself. Now I know not to be in the future as well.

    I had trouble finding the entrance of the Alameda location, even w phone GPS. Two employees waved me in and one got me signed in, explaining options. We had a full service carwash near my house but it changed to automated when you have to interior yourself. I’m coming here from now on. I like giving young people a job!

    This Mister car wash is my go to location. The staff always waves and are friendly even when I use the pre-paid drive up line. The brushes are adjusted to a good setting so your car is clean but the windshield wipers and side mirrors aren’t torn off ( that happened to me at a competitor before). I recommend using Mister at a location near you.

    Pulled into this location by “accident” thinking I was going to a Mister with self serve vacuums. Did the interior cleaning on a whim and am SO impressed! They got my car SO clean within 15 minutes. Idk what they did to my cup holders to make them so clean but I’m genuinely impressed. My car smells so nice and is so clean. 10/10 recommend and will be back. Thank you Kyle for being so helpful!
