I have never had a brand new car, this is something I’m trying really hard to take care of. I went to this car wash to get my first wash hoping I could get a really great wash, I bought the most expensive package and the vacuum service. I noticed there was some scratches a couple weeks after. I just went to wash my car by hand because I don’t trust car wash companies anymore….. it is insane the amount of scratches I have on the outside of my car, windshield and the inside dash glass. I’m 100% it came from the negligence of this car wash.

Once your front wheels are in place to catch the roller, the attendant needs to give you an “OK” signal and stop waving you forward. At the end I have to momentarily stop to put my car in gear; the car following me was so close it risked an accident. I get productivity; self washing lowers your labor cost per wash but increases the risk of accidents. My wife and daughter won’t use the self wash, makes them nervous, so they don’t wash the car as much. That’s a “lost sale”; hard to quantify, but a real cost.
