  I DO NOT recommend wasting money on an interior clean . Th guy with dark hair and always has dark sunglasses clearly has anger issues and whipped my vehicle in a circle in an aggressive manner , THREW it into park and went to work on another vehicle , leaving my door open. One of the tires did not get any shine , and there was a piece of scotch tape they just left on one of my mirrors, which I had to clean on my own . Don’t let that guy touch your vehicle, and don’t waste your hard earned money on tips for somebody who doesn’t give a damn about your vehicle. Let the equipment do its job . I will now make the drive across the river to the Cottonwood location when I need the inside of my vehicle cleaned, where I will actually receive a customer service experience and not be made to feel like I’m inconveniencing somebody to pay them to clean my car.

  Came for a cash wash, once I paid it appear the service went down hill. Upon exiting the wash the was no one to guide me to the next step there was no attendant. As I was pulling into the drying area the one attendant signaled it was okay to pull off and another attendant was pulling at my door handles like he was trying to rip the off. When I attempted to ask if they would be drying my car off. I was waved off and ignored. When I took a look at the results of my was it was sub-par. I will not be patronizing any of the Mister car watch chains in the future.

  Elijah greeted me with a smile and such a friendly great attitude, actually made conversation with me which I appreciate very much. Great service at the vacuum area as well, and the drying final wipe down is what I pay for, and they help me keep my vehicle looking great, clean, and shiny like I like it!! Thanks at this location, especially the greeting from Elijah. Happy New Year Mister Car Wash family and thank you very much

  Absolutely amazing experience. They did a fantastic job on my car—it honestly has never looked better. Everything was spotless and beautifully detailed. Chris on the floor was especially helpful and really stood out with his excellent customer service skills. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared that I was happy with the results. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this car wash to anyone who wants their car looking brand new.

  To who ever reads this, i believe they should fix the issue of employees kissing on the job site, it’s truly unprofessional it’s not the first time this has happened ( as someone who goes often) and wished managers would change this, as someone who use to be a manger i feel very disappointed they keep letting this happen because leaving your position to kiss your significant other on the clock is truly showing your not serious about the job and you’re just there for your partner. everyone has time for that at home or off the clock. Other customers and i were very uncomfortable i over heard other customers today talk about how they felt uneasy and not wanting them to come back because of this because “ this is such a good store just for people like them to ruin it “. ( the couple i speak of both have glasses and the girl uses a head band as for the gentleman he is skinny with a buzzcut ). the employees did a great job and honestly would keep coming back for is Brandon , Santi and Joshua never seen such employees so dedicated and hard working.
