This is a failure at a corporate/management level as they're is a breakdown in the system that pinpoints them on the map or else the employees need to be trained. This is frustrating and wastes my time.

The cashier, (MAN) said, "Can you wait a minute." After he took his sweet time, he walked me to the restroom and unlocked. I proceeded into a horrible horrible facility. Feces on the toilets, toilet paper everywhere. No toilet seat covers. Absolutely a disgusting place of business.
