- GPGet PaidJul 14, 20251.0Working nearby, I have made the Maverik part of my daily routine. Stopping by after my morning shift to stock up on snacks, drinks and candy, five days a week. Tuesday of last week, I received excellent service. Wednesday, I grabbed my coffee and was browsing snacks and was confronted by an extremely unprofessional and rude woman named Rainn. She took my items and told me she would ring me up and I was to leave and never come back. “We don’t want you here.” I was totally confused and shocked by her rudeness, false accusation, disrespectful and unfounded claims. The day before, I was offered to use my free grill or drink rewards, which I don’t think can be earned if I hadn’t paid for my items. However, Rainn didn’t feel a need to offer any proof, kindness, discretion, earned rewards or receipt. Unbelievable how someone like this is employed in a customer facing role, anywhere. 0/5

What really got to me was when I looked around and saw other people without a mask on and I see 2 more people without masks on and they were not refused service.... Real nice Maverick. Been going to the same location often enough they know my name... Guess not anymore.
