Not a big deal because I wanted it for my breakfast, she told us how to defrost for the morning. Perfect! She had some trouble ringing it up because she's still new, so her manager came over to "help". He proceeded to scold my husband with the ol "I'll do it for you THIS time" bs. He also scolded Jami which was VERY uncool. Like dude, your kitchen isn't supposed to close until 6, and we were there before 6. Be happy Jami offered great customer service and a friendly disposition, something he just couldn't be bothered with. He could use some re training and a reminder for dress code (dude, pull up your pants. If you're going to be a manager, look the part and act like it.) The 4 Stars are for Jami.

I attempted to pay for two donuts and the woman told me to open the bag and show her that I had two donuts. I told her to look in the bag herself and then. Back on the shelf. She was extremely disrespectful. Very accusatory and inflammatory to assume that a disabled American female veteran would steal two donuts. I will no longer return to this location. Thanks for the thanks for my service. After I gave her the donuts back employees followed me out of the store and watched me at my vehicle because unfortunately, I still needed gas. Very disappointed in the way the staff at Maverick gas stations have been behaving.
