This is my regular store, eventhough management changes from time to time. I was greeted very professionally by Benny who listened earnestly to my concerns (I had arrived at my own solutions to the noises in my truck), advised me of how long the wait might be, and assured me that it coukd be completed on this day. He directed me to Bobby, CSM for this holiday, who clearly explained what was going to happen. He assured me that Miles, ASE Certified Mechanic, would be able to find and fix the problems. It was lucky I didn't tear into the truck myself because I would have wasted time and money! I left and he kept in touch with me about everything that was going on, even after he had gone home himself. I was able to pick up my truck after three and one half hours and at a price that two other quotes couldn't match. And it feels great!! I even got a "God Bless You" and "Be Safe!" No A.I. here. Everybody was down-to-earth human. Thank you to Manager Joe Garcia. YOU HAVE ANAMAZING CREW AT THIS JIFFY LUBE LOCATION!!!

The customer service was not very good they were rude and unprofessional to my husband and when I called to inquire about the price difference it was like they didn’t even want to deal with me at all. I have been going to this location and this is the first time I was not happy with the service at all. The prices are usually fair and the customer service was good. Not this time unfortunately, will have to look elsewhere.

One was really dirty anp they replaced it, and the other was good. When I checked out they gave me a 25% discount. Both employees were very friendly

After getting a quote from the mazda service department I decided to get 3 quotes for front brakes , rotors and brake fluid exchange. Jiffy lube had the best warranty and price!!! From the 3 quotes I obtained. The brake job was 50% less than the dealer!! For my 2021 mazda cx5 with 41k miles. Bobby's customer service and knowledge was fantastic!! Thank you!
